MEET CHEF LINDSAY

Lindsay McClain is a Bucks County native with a culinary career that began at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas. On Season 20 of Food Network’s Chopped, she was crowned Champion. Before Chef Lindsay joined Pocono Organics, she created award-winning dishes at Jamonera and Little Nonna’s in Philadelphia. Come see what Lindsay is cooking up!
