Grilled Pork Chops with Salsa Verde

Salsa Verde:
1 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
1 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
1 ½ Tablespoons Basil, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
1 Ea Lemon Zested
¾ Cup Olive Oil
Combine Everything In Medium Mixing Bowl.
Pork Chops:
2 pork chops
1 Ea Lemon zested
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chops, make sure the chops are completely covered in marinade. Season with salt and pepper and place on hot grill cooking for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to 145 degrees F.
