Mixed Green Salad with Red Wine-Honey Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

  • ½ Tablespoon Thyme

  • 1/2  Tablespoon Mustard Powder

  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ½ Cup Blended Oil

  • 2 Teaspoons Salt

  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper

Combine red wine vinegar, honey, thyme and mustard powder in blender and blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oils to emulsify dressing.

Salad Ingredients:

  • 6 Cups  Mixed greens

  • 2 Tablespoons Borage, leaves picked

  • 2 Tablespoons Purple Basil, leaves picked

  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley leaves and tender stems

  • 1.2 Tablespoon Dill, picked

    Combine all greens and herbs, lightly dress with Red Wine-Honey Vinaigrette. Pairs well with Chicken, Steak or Fish!
