Mixed Green Salad with Red Wine-Honey Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette Ingredients:
½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Honey
½ Tablespoon Thyme
1/2 Tablespoon Mustard Powder
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Blended Oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
½ Teaspoon Pepper
Combine red wine vinegar, honey, thyme and mustard powder in blender and blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in oils to emulsify dressing.
Salad Ingredients:
6 Cups Mixed greens
2 Tablespoons Borage, leaves picked
2 Tablespoons Purple Basil, leaves picked
2 Tablespoons Parsley leaves and tender stems
1.2 Tablespoon Dill, picked
Combine all greens and herbs, lightly dress with Red Wine-Honey Vinaigrette. Pairs well with Chicken, Steak or Fish!
