You are cordially invited to Pocono Organics on Saturday, April 17th at 6:00 PM, as we present our Spring CBD Cocktail Soirée. Our award-winning chef has developed a delectable 3 course dining experience, spotlighting the culinary versatility of our organic full spectrum hemp and nano-particle CBD. This event will take place in our state-of-the-art greenhouse corridor, heralded as one of the most unique event spaces in the Poconos.

The Menu:
Mushroom pate (vegan, can be made gluten free)
Served with nano particle infused marsala reduction crispy rosemary, house-made sourdough brioche
Serrano Ham & peas (can be made vegetarian, gluten free)
English peas & tendrils, warm Serrano ham, apricots, fried quail egg, infused mint & hemp pesto
Strawberry & goat cheese tartlet (vegetarian)
House-made pie crust, cloud 9 Goat cheese, caramelized onions, infused strawberry-rosemary filling
Infused Goat cheese Ravioli (vegetarian)
Served with English peas, mint, parmesan brodo & pea tendrils
Braised Beef Cheeks (gluten free)
Served over crispy fingerling potatoes, roasted mushrooms & infused garlic-almond puree
Cinnamon sugar donuts
Served with nano particle infused mascarpone ice cream and bourbon caramel sauce
