Come end your week with a relaxing and mindful yoga session. Instructor Courtney will take you through a meditative journey, with movements that develop strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. This class is designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, and the observing of breath and body are integral parts of all classes.
