The crisp fall air is starting to descend on the Pocono Mountains and it won’t be long until the mountains erupt in hues of orange and yellow as the trees prepare for the colder months. Here at Pocono Organics, we are preparing for the cooler months with comfort food and seasonal treats to warm you from the inside out.

Our customer favorite creamy Fall Vegetable Mac n Cheese is back on the menu. This comfort food classic is stuffed with farm fresh butternut squash and leeks, leaving you feeling like you’ve been wrapped in a warm hug of deliciousness.
All things pumpkin are now available in the Cafe. Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Pumpkin Pie Smoothies, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin braided bread—you name it we got it! Come by Thursday-Monday from 8-3 to get your pumpkin fix.
As we near Halloween, be on the lookout for not so spooky treats to make their annual appearance in our bakery display. From coffin shaped hand pies to themed sugar cookies, we’ll be your one stop shop for Halloween desserts!
