Tucked away in Long Pond, PA, this hidden gem has consistently grown in popularity since opening in June of 2020. The kitchen cooks up organic, scratch made breakfast and lunch Thursday through Monday from 8am-2pm. Add in house made baked goods and seasonal specials, and you’ve hit the motherload!

Made with a blend of Pocono Organics microgreens, banana, mango, Rodale honey, almond milk, orange juice and lemon, it is a green machine. While microgreens provide a super boost of nutrition, the acidity of the orange juice lightens the flavor profile leaving you with a sip of perfection.

The Early Bird is Pocono Organics elevated version of a classic diner breakfast. Two luscious farm fresh eggs cooked to perfection served with seasoned home-fries, a side of buttery, grilled house made brioche toast and your choice of crispy bacon or house made sausage.
